Don started his career as a model in New York City working with the famous Ford modeling agency before moving to Milano, Italy. He was very fortunate to start out working with many of the biggest designers, including; Versace, Gian Franco Ferree, Valentino, and Armani.

Don's success in the modeling industry lead him around Europe (including; Paris, London and Germany) as well as to Israel, Australia and back to New York and Miami.

The contacts that Don established during these eight years and the experience gained from being in front of the camera as well as behind it have been vital components of Don's success and proven ability as a professional photographer today.

"Making people feel at ease in front of the camera is vital to capturing a great shot that they will love. I believe that It is the many years of being in front of the camera myself that makes it possible for me to get people to relax and have fun with their photo shoot".

AS AN ACTOR

Throughout this experience of modeling Don found himself being Auditioned for TV commercials as well as a major European record label (Bolland & Bolland records) offering him the chance to go on a concert tour with a new band from Amsterdam (The Cool Cult) as the lead singer. This would lead to MTV videos and talk show appearances.

Other clients throughout Eastern and Western Europe as well as Israel had Don appearing as a "Special Guest" on TV talk shows. At this time, Don was cast in several 16mm short independent film projects and was a spokesperson for various products.

Opportunity beckoned Don to move in one direction to delve into the film and photography industry … Hollywood!

AS A FILMMAKER

While living internationally for eight years, Don has found himself in some of the most beautiful and cultured places in Europe and around the world. He was able to use these settings to his advantage in developing his talents as a photographer and videographer.

Using these ideal locations as well as the many connections established in the industry with regards to talent, Don was able to start shooting video shorts and garner phenomenal hands on experience with all aspects of directing and cinematography as well as pre and post production studio editing.
